June of 2008 I once again found myself day-dreaming of first tracks, snowy mountains and The Greatest Snow on Earth, and decided to once again reopen the operation files. Upon doing so I found that my passion for going out there had not faded, in fact it had only intensified. I also noted that the reasons for going were piling up in the corners of my mind, threatening to burst. I began some inquiries, and July 10th I had a phone interview with Deer Valley in Park City Utah. I was offered a position and accepted without hesitation.
Then September 26th 2008, I retired from my post at General Dynamics, left Boston (with a heavy heart) and began my trek to the Carolinas to start my adventure.
The rest as they say will be EPIC!
